I applied these principles and strategies to my pediatric dental practice and personal life and found they worked. Though the threat of managed care programs has increased, my practice has grown without resorting to reducing fees. I enjoy practicing pediatric dentistry and would encourage my children to enter the profession. I have been able to develop and live a lifestyle that many dream about, but never achieve. My success in these areas have motivated me to share my strategies with others. I have achieved this by creating WOW! Seminars and WOW! Publications. WOW! Seminars consists of clinical, practice management and motivational seminars that are based on my formal training, personal experiences and interaction with successful people from various backgrounds.
